Warkton – Bridge Closure

The road over the bridge is due to be closed between Monday 3rd November 2025 and Wednesday 5th November 2025. The closure is required so that parapet repairs can be carried out safely. The details can be seen here: https://one.network/?tm=GB146187123, but please be aware that Kier Highways want to start earlier than planned, so the January 2026 dates listed have been brought forwards to November 2025.

Police Surgery – 6th September

Officers from your local neighbourhood policing team will be holding a community surgery in your area on Saturday 6th September between 10:00 – 11:00 in the Village Hall carpark.
