Anglian Water will be installing a stop-tap between the church and village hall, and will require the road to be closed from the 27th May 2026, with the work expected to last for 3 days. St Johns Ambulance volunteers are providing a 90-minute training session in the village hall at 7pm on the 24th April 2026 covering the following topics: All parishoners are welcome to attend, no need to book, just come along.

The road over the bridge is due to be closed between Monday 3rd November 2025 and Wednesday 5th November 2025. The closure is required so that parapet repairs can be carried out safely. Officers from your local neighbourhood policing team will be holding a community surgery in your area on Saturday 6th September between 10:00 – 11:00 in the Village Hall carpark. Please come along and speak with officers about any concerns you may have about crime and policing in your area. Everyone is welcome and it would be great to see you there.
